The Order Process

1. Choosing a Product

Browse our extensive inventory of trade show displays and find the products you wish to purchase. If purchasing a product that includes graphics, please refer to the graphic templates tab on the product page for specific sizes and instructions.

2. Creating Artwork

Production times listed on product pages start after artwork proof approval. TIP: Have production artwork ready before placing an order.
Please be sure to review our artwork guidelines so that art is submitted in the correct format – providing art that does not conform to guidelines may cause further delays with the order process.

3. Place Order

Add items to cart and follow prompts for placing order. Once your order has been received, we will email an order confirmation for your review. Please carefully review your order and notify us IMMEDIATELY if any changes need to be made.

Please note, shipping rates will only calculate on items that meet FedEx requirements. Large or multi-package products may need to be shipped using a freight service and will be quoted accordingly. If you wish to receive a quote for shipping prior to ordering please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to provide a cost estimate. Please note – shipping estimates are only estimates and the actual cost will be charged at time of shipping.

4. Artwork Upload

After placing your order, our customer service department will contact you with upload instructions. Please give 24hrs from time of order for processing.

5. Proof Approval

One of our graphic specialists will email a digital proof for approval prior to production of order. Proof approvals are time sensitive and should be made in a timely manner in order to keep production on schedule. Production times noted on product pages start after proof approval.

6. Order Production

Production starts once approval of proof is received. Production times are noted on all product pages and include production time only.

7. Shipping

Once orders are completed, they are packed and shipped. Tracking information will be supplied once orders are shipped.

8. Receiving and Inspection

When signing for packages delivered to your facility, please be sure to inspect for any damages to packaging and note when signing. Damages must be reported to our customer service department IMMEDIATELY in order to file a claim with carrier. Failure to notify us within 3 days of receipt may jeopardize claims.
